Perhaps more importantly, Andrew Physical Therapy can help you get the most out of your workouts while guarding from injury. All training is performed by licensed physical therapists and licensed physical therapist assistants who have been personally trained by John in proper exercise technique. In fact, Tani has worked with John for the past 10 years. Your health is important and we wouldn't have it any other way.

 

We are also specially trained in physics, anatomy and the biological sciences so your workouts can be designed with precision to be effective yet safe. When working out we know that safety is paramount because to keep you moving forward in your exercise program you need to stay healthy and injury free. We all know how injuries can be devastating when considering your fitness goals. At Andrew PT we are committed to providing you with safe and effective exercise programs so that you can keep exercising for life! HEALTH IS A LIFESTYLE, so help us help you do it right from the start. You can get maximum benefits with even a small time commitment. For beginners, benefits can be accrued from 2-3 workouts per week of 20-30 minutes. When you perform the proper exercises with proper form you don't have to waste hours working out. Instead, exercise smart and efficiently. 

 

Your custom exercise program may be covered by your insurance if you have a medical diagnosis that justifies your need for physical therapy. For example, someone with neck, low back, shoulder or knee pain could easily qualify as these conditions are commonly treated and alleviated in therapy with a structured exercise program. Some insurance requires a physician referral for coverage and others do not. Please call (503) 435-1900 or e-mail if you have questions regarding your specific coverage. We know that insurance can be confusing but we are here to help! Andrew Physical Therapy offers cash pay rates for personal training to make life simple. Our cash rates are structured to make quality personal training suprisingly affordable. Also know that you aren't "locked in" to a certain number of sessions because you pay as you go. You may quit at any time or continue as you see fit. Ideally, we are here to get you on a safe exercise program that you can perform on your own either at home or at a local gym--whichever you prefer. It will be your program so we will stucture it to fit around your schedule.
